By creating an account, tapping "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or
using the Don'Q Super App, Don'QOS™, SuperBot™, or any operating system
or module inside them (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your
jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract,
to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a
business, government body, school, NGO, or other organization, you
confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Don'QOS™ is a multi-sided platform providing tools across customer
commerce, franchise management, staff operations, marketplace,
learning/academy, security and safety coordination, community and
civic engagement, wallet and payments, and AI assistance ("SuperBot™"
and its named agents). Not every module is available to every account;
availability depends on your role, plan, and region.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features,
pricing, and module availability may change, and modules may be
added, modified, or discontinued at our discretion, with reasonable
notice where practical.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide,
for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity
under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized
access. We offer account security tools (two-factor authentication,
device session review, API key management) in Settings — use them.

responsible for your own business, tax, and investment decisions and
for complying with the securities, franchise-disclosure, and business-
registration laws of your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified financial,
legal, and tax adviser before committing money to any franchise,
campaign, or cooperative offered through the Service.
SuperBot™ and its individual agents (FounderBot™, FranchiseBot™,
SecurityBot™, ProbabilityBot™, RecognitionBot™, and the rest of the
roster) use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, scores, and drafted
content. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not
professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or
security/tactical advice — and you should verify anything important
independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Do not rely on SuperBot™ output as the sole basis for a decision with
legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
MSIOS™ is a civilian, organizational safety-and-coordination tool for
prevention, preparedness, and after-the-fact reporting. **It is not an
emergency service and does not replace police, fire, medical, or other
emergency responders.** In an active emergency, contact local emergency
services immediately. MSIOS™ and SecurityBot™ must be used only for
lawful, defensive, and resilience-oriented purposes; you may not use
MSIOS™ to plan or facilitate unlawful surveillance, unauthorized
access, harassment, or any unlawful act. We may suspend MSIOS™ access
for misuse.
RecognitionOS™ lets you submit public recognitions about individuals,
families, businesses, governments, schools, volunteers, and
communities. **You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of
anything you submit.** Do not submit false, defamatory, or misleading
claims about any person or organization, and do not submit a
recognition about an identifiable private individual without a
reasonable basis for believing the achievement described is real. We
may review, decline, edit, unfeature, or remove any submitted
recognition, and "Featured" or "Hall of Fame" status is an editorial
decision, not a certification, award, or legal title conferred by
Don'Q Technologies Incorporated.
FIOS™'s wellbeing scores (Happiness, Lifestyle Balance, Screen Time
Balance, Sleep Balance, etc.) and FunBot™'s suggestions are
self-reported wellness tools, **not medical, psychological, or
psychiatric advice or diagnosis.** If you are struggling with your
mental health, please speak with a qualified professional.
PIOS™'s probability scores and ProbabilityBot™'s recommendations are
decision-support estimates based on the data available at the time and
stated assumptions. **They are not guarantees of any outcome and are
not financial, investment, or professional advice.**
You keep ownership of content you submit (posts, recognitions, reviews,
listings, comments) but grant Don'Q Technologies Incorporated a
worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it
within the Service for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree
not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harassing content,
not to misuse the Service to defraud others, and not to attempt to
gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. We may remove
content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Don'QOS™, Don'Q Black Passport™, SuperBot™, and the individual OS and
agent names used throughout the Service (IntegrityOS™, MSIOS™, FIOS™,
PILOS™, PIOS™, RecognitionOS™, OfficeOS™, and the rest) are trademarks
or brand assets of Don'Q Technologies Incorporated. Nothing in these
Terms transfers our intellectual property to you beyond the limited
right to use the Service as intended.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security →
Danger Zone. We anonymize your account record rather than hard-
deleting it, so that other users' records that reference your past
activity (a comment, a transaction counterpart, a franchise you
co-founded) keep valid data — see the Privacy Policy for detail. We may
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in
fraud, or misuse MSIOS™ or any other module.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided
without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. Don'Q Technologies Incorporated is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our
total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to
the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
₦50,000, whichever is greater — except where a higher liability is
required by law and cannot be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold Don'Q Technologies Incorporated
harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your
content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a
mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise. Disputes
will first be attempted to be resolved informally; unresolved disputes
are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State,
Nigeria, except where local law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will
update the Version and Effective Date above, and you will be asked to
review and accept the new Terms the next time you access the Service if
the changes are material.
