This is a template prepared for the Don'QOS™ Super App and has not been
reviewed by a lawyer, and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific
compliance work (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act/NDPR and any
equivalent law in other markets you serve).

needed to operate and improve the Service.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments and
subscriptions; to power SuperBot™'s AI features (your prompts and
relevant account context may be sent to our AI provider to generate a
response); to communicate with you (service messages, security alerts,
and — only if you opt in — marketing); and to comply with legal
obligations (fraud prevention, KYC where applicable).
When you use SuperBot™ or any of its agents, the content of your
request and relevant context needed to answer it are sent to our AI
model provider to generate a response. Do not submit information in a
SuperBot™ conversation that you would not want processed by an AI
system.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: payment
processors (to complete transactions), our AI model provider (to power
SuperBot™), infrastructure/hosting providers, and law enforcement or
regulators where required by law. Franchise partners, community
admins, or other users may see data you choose to make visible (a
public profile, a post, a franchise listing).
When you delete your account, we anonymize your record (name, email,
phone, bio, and photo are overwritten; your password is removed)
rather than deleting the row outright — this preserves the integrity
of other users' records that reference your past activity (a
transaction counterpart, a co-authored franchise, a comment thread)
without exposing your identity going forward. Financial records may be
retained longer where required by tax or anti-fraud law, in
anonymized or pseudonymized form.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the Nigeria Data
Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete
your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and
request a copy of your data in a portable format. Use Settings to
correct your profile directly, or contact us for anything Settings
doesn't cover.
We use industry-standard measures (hashed passwords, hashed API keys,
role-based access control, audit logging) to protect your data. No
system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your
data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under
18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use cookies/local storage for authentication sessions and essential
app functionality, and — where you consent, if required in your
region — for analytics.
The Service is primarily operated for the Nigerian market and may be
accessed from other countries. By using the Service, you understand
your data may be processed in Nigeria or other countries where our
infrastructure or service providers operate.
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves; material changes
will prompt a re-acceptance the next time you access the Service.
