This Master User Policy governs every product, platform, operating
system, application, AI service, marketplace, franchise, partner
portal, website, and API developed, owned, licensed, or operated by
Don'Q Technologies Incorporated — including the Don'Q Super App,
Don'QOS™, SuperBot™, every OS module under the Don'QOS™ architecture
(MarketplaceOS, FranchiseOS, HealthcareOS™, EnergyOS™, ValueChainOS™,
GovernmentOS, and the rest), and the Don'Q franchise and partner
network. By using any Don'Q service, you agree to this policy and to
whichever service-specific terms supplement it (Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Compliance Policy, and KYC Policy,
linked below).
Integrity, innovation, transparency, accountability, safety, respect,
inclusion, collaboration, sustainable development, responsible AI, and
human-centered technology.
This policy applies across the core platform (Super App, Don'QOS™,
SuperBot™, Don'Q Wallet, Don'Q API Platform), the AI ecosystem (every
SuperBot™ agent and AI workflow), every operating system module,
every marketplace vertical, business services (CRM, ERP, HR, vendor
and franchise management), financial services offered where legally
authorized, education (Don'Q Academy), healthcare, government and
civic services, media, the full Don'Q Franchise Network, and the
partner ecosystem (vendors, agencies, investors, NGOs, governments,
and institutions we integrate with).
Obey applicable law, respect other members of the community, protect
your account and credentials, use services responsibly, respect
intellectual property, provide truthful information, and report abuse
or security issues rather than exploiting them.
Fraud, identity theft, money laundering or terrorism financing, hate
speech, harassment, cybercrime, malware distribution, unauthorized
system access, IP infringement, spam, deliberately harmful
misinformation, and illegal commerce are prohibited on any Don'Q
service.
SuperBot™ and every Don'Q AI service may not be used to commit crimes,
produce malicious software, facilitate fraud, generate deceptive
impersonations, circumvent security, infringe intellectual property,
or conduct unlawful surveillance. Decisions with meaningful legal,
financial, employment, or healthcare consequences may require human
review.
Buying, selling, renting, leasing, financing, escrow, delivery,
refunds, and returns of both digital and physical goods across the
Don'Q ecosystem are governed by this policy together with the
Marketplace Policy.
Don'Q owns or licenses its trademarks, logos, software, AI models,
source code, algorithms, operating systems, franchise systems,
databases, and APIs. Unauthorized use is prohibited unless expressly
permitted in writing.
Privacy by design, security by design, data minimization, encryption,
access control, audit logging, incident response, and backup and
recovery — detailed fully in the Privacy Policy.
Don'Q may verify identities (see the KYC Policy), monitor for abuse,
investigate reports, and suspend or restrict accounts engaged in
harmful activity, and will cooperate with lawful requests from
competent authorities where required by law.
Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their
own activity on the platform. Don'Q aims to operate in accordance with
the legal and regulatory requirements of the jurisdictions where it
provides services.

creation, and entrepreneurship.
This Master User Policy is the parent document for every
service-specific policy across the ecosystem, including the Terms of
Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Compliance Policy, KYC Policy,
and future policies (Marketplace, Vendor, Partner, Franchise,
Developer, API, Advertising, and Content Moderation policies) as they
are published.
